Eric Tucker is not only an excellent SCRUM trainer he is an excellent teacher in general and I can not say enough great things about his SCRUM Master Certification course. I feel like I spent two days having a blast and was somehow tricked into learning a ton of material. You know the material and teacher are good when learning doesn't feel overwhelming or exhausting.

After reading profiles and reviews of a number of LPM trainers, I knew I wanted to take Harry's class, and I'm glad that I did. Harry does a great job making the LPM training relevant to each individual in the class. He engages everyone and does what is needed to ensure that everyone understands the concepts. His support outside the class is also incredibly valuable--sending pre-reads, examples, case studies, and templates that can be used in real life. I attended the "Leading SAFe" course offered by Skillbook this past weekend and while I was not excited to spend my weekend in front of the computer I signed up. I must admit that the course far exceeded my expectations! Harry Narang and Jim were EXCELLENT instructors. The class was interesting, informative, and fun. I loved the group exercises and examples. This is one of the best classes (SAFe Agilist) I have attended in recent times!! Harry did exceptionally well by relating real life examples to explain every concept and definition. The SSM class, presented by Chris was great. I like the fact that they managed to package the class up into only 2 days and you didn't have to just sit there and watch Ferris Bueller's teacher give a boring Preso. The class was very interactive and hands-on covered all the points required to thoroughly learn the info. Chris made it interesting and funny and to make sure we weren't asleep he constantly quizzed us and took the time to stop along the way to say 'You might see this on the exam'. I'm planning on taking further Scrum and SAFe classes and its a no brainer where I will be taking them. Good stuff!
